Terms and Conditions

1. The Company must have a minimum of 15 full time agents. Also, the Company must be in business for a minimum of 1 (one) year to qualify for free folders.
2. The financing of these folders are entirely dependent on the selling of advertising space to local businesses. It is understood that the "FREE" folders are subject to obtaining a sufficient number of advertisers to underwrite the cost of producing said products. The Company further promises to supply The Folder People Inc, with an adequate number of preferred vendors and allow The Folder People Inc. to supplement the list, if necessary, through a selective marketing campaign in the community. We would also need a desk and a phone to work at in order to put the service together.
3. The Company also agrees to allow The Folder People Inc. to use its name when approaching potential sponsors and advertisers.
4. It is understood that The Folder People Inc. is not responsible for the change of ownership, management and/or any other modifications to the Company. The Company agrees that in the event of a change of ownership, management or modification, the terms of this agreement shall be transferred intact to the new Company.
5. The Company agrees to distribute the folders until all folders have been handed out completely. All advertisers that have supported the said program will receive any possible referrals from the Company.
6. This agreement between The Folder People Inc. and the Company is on a non-exclusive basis. The Folder People Inc. reserves the right to perform the same or similar services for other Companies in the same geographic area.
